Our Agreement Together
This Agreement reflects the basic principles we all agree to follow as part of the Andmeet community. These rules, detailed in our full Terms of Service and related policies, are designed with care to support a trusting environment. As we evolve, these terms may also be updated to reflect our growing community's needs.
Your Account and Membership
We welcome individuals aged 18 and above. Organizers have the ability to manage their groups and events with heart and discretion, aligning with our community standards. While we hope it is never necessary, we reserve the right to modify or terminate access to ensure the safety and integrity of our community. Please safeguard your account details; your security is important to us.
Fees and Payments
We are delighted to offer the core features of our Platform free of charge. Our mission is to enable connection, not to create barriers.
Your Content and Privacy
When you share content, you affirm that it is respectful, does not violate others' privacy or rights, and contributes positively to our community. We handle your personal information with great respect, as detailed in our Privacy Policy. Please remember that information you choose to share with other members is beyond our control, so we encourage mindful sharing.
Using Our Platform with Respect
We ask that you engage with our Platform and one another in a spirit of kindness and respect, following our posted policies. While we do not monitor all member content, we take appropriate action when we become aware of policy violations. Andmeet is a platform for connection, but we are not a participant in your offline arrangements, nor do we conduct background checks on members. We encourage you to use thoughtful judgment in all your interactions, both online and in person.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Andmeet cannot be held liable for damages arising from your use of the Platform, your interactions with others, or your attendance at events. The real-world experiences are yours to create and enjoy responsibly.
Resolving Disputes
We believe in the power of kind, direct conversation. If a concern arises between us, we commit to seeking an informal resolution first, through good-faith discussion.
Intellectual Property
We take pride in our brand and creative works, and we ask that you respect them as outlined in our Trademark Usage Guidelines. Similarly, we expect our members to respect the intellectual property of others and will address any credible claims of infringement with seriousness.
Our Role
Please remember that Andmeet acts as a platform and facilitator. Our organizers and members are not our representatives or agents. We exist to bring people together around shared interests—be it Agentic AI, tech sales, entrepreneurship, hiking, bachata, or a night out—but we are not responsible for disputes or issues that arise independently between attendees.
