We only host events that are completely free of charge for all participants.
Submission Process
Email your event proposal to:

Review Process
Once you register on the website, we will update your approval as quick as possible.

If you're interested in organizing an event, we welcome you with open arms—provided you have a clear, purposeful agenda and are committed to a long-term purpose.
Your event can be anything that brings value:

Hiking, outdoor adventures
Salsa, bachata, social gatherings

Use real details that help us create authentic connections

You might learn something fascinating and meet incredible people—or perhaps the event won't be immediately useful. We cannot predict exactly what will happen, as each gathering takes on its own life.
All events are held in Vienna
Our community is centered in Vienna. All in-person events take place in this beautiful city.

You are responsible for your safety and security
Please use common sense during events to avoid possible conflicts and disputes. Your well-being is your responsibility.

💬Event Chat Guidelines
Access & Purpose
- ✓Each event has a chat panel on the event card
- ✓Only registered individuals for that specific event can access the chat
- ✓Purpose: Find locations and connect with attendees before, during, and after the event
- ✗If you haven't signed up for the event, you cannot access or participate in the chat
Time Limits & Privacy
Chat opens 1 hour before the event starts
Chat closes and automatically deletes after the event ends
Important: All chat data is automatically erased for your privacy and security.
